Use of equipment:
Startup and shutdown of equipment
A. Plug in the power supply (220V-16A) to protect the power supply from good grounding.
B. Rotate the emergency stop button on the top panel to start the device with power on.
C. Press the emergency stop button on the top panel, the device is powered off.
Equipment operation:
A. Pass the rope through the wire feed guide block, make the rope head close to the rubber wheel, and gently lift the wire feed sensor, the rubber wheel will automatically rotate to complete the wire feed.
B. Pass the rope through the weight slider and the wire hole to ensure that the wire left near the sensor is flat and straight, and close the corresponding fixing clip.
C. Press the start button (green) to run the device continuously.
D. Press the test button (blue) to run the device once.
E. Press the stop button (red) to suspend operation of the device.
F. Press and hold the stop button (red) for 3 seconds to forcibly restore and initialize the device.
Abnormal troubleshooting:
Common faults
A. Wire clamp alarm: When the rope is too loose at the wire feed sensor, the rope is broken, there is no material, and the rope is stuck, it will automatically alarm and stop. The operator can view the real-time situation of the rope at that time. Press the run or test button again to resume the re-clamping action.
B. The position of the conveyor belt is not correct. Adjust the offset position parameter so that the conveyor belt stops at the appropriate welding position.
C. Welding will also be carried out when there is no material. Check the material sensor to see if the hole position corresponding to its light spot is correct and the sensitivity of the sensor is correct. The sensitivity of the sensor can be adjusted by rotating the small button on the side of the sensor.
D. The feeding motor rotates erroneously or not, adjust the sensitivity and corresponding position of the feeding sensor.
E. When the welding wire is bent, check whether the clamped wire is in the middle of the clamp.
F. When the welding line is too short or too long, adjust the position of the rotating cylinder block and the welding cylinder block, the closer it is, the longer it is, and vice versa.
G. When the welding wire is long and short, adjust the wire adjustment device to the left and right, and move to the short side.
H. When the length of the ear line is long and short, check the tension of the rope and the smoothness of the weight. Reduce the friction of the rope during pulling.
I. When welding is not firm, adjust the height of the ultrasonic wave or the welding time.
